FULLY MANAGED PACKAGE

We market your property on all Internet portals, in Starkey&Brown Property News and in-house, set up viewings with our accompanied viewer then once we find a suitable tenant we reference check them. Once your tenants are in we will look after your property as if it were our own, dealing with any maintenance issues or emergencies, day or night.

TENANT FIND ONLY

If you like the idea of being a ‘hands’on’ landlord our tenant-find only package is for you. For a one-off fee we will provide you with the same marketing package in order to find you a suitable tenant, fully reference check them, set up all the necessary tenancy agreements… and leave the rest to you!
