Lincoln – Lettings Property Coordinator

Starkey&Brown Lettings Ltd is looking for a Lettings Property Coordinator to work within the property maintenance department in its busy city centre office.

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and are looking for a reliable, energetic and ambitious professional who is highly motivated as well as polite, confident, hard working and willing to train to Starkey&Brown’s high standards.

Experience within the lettings industry is essential. The ideal candidate must also have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with tenants, landlords and tradesmen.

A full driving licence and use of your own car is also essential.

Business hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, working one weekend in three (Saturday 9am-3pm & Sunday 10am-2pm). A day in lieu will be given.
